Register as a Content Provider

You set your prices. You keep what you earn.

A Content Provider is the rights holder: the person or company who decides what a recording costs, how it is sold, and who receives the money. That is charter article 1, and it is published at qemf.org.

This form is an application, not an account. We check what you tell us before anything is listed or any money moves. Nothing here creates a login, and we do not ask for bank details - those are collected later, directly by the payment provider, and never stored by us.

Who you are

The name on the bank account and tax record. Often not the artist or studio name.

How you should appear publicly, if it differs from the legal name.

How we reach you

Where payment advices should go, if that is not the contact above. Whoever signs up is often not whoever chases a missing payment.

Address

Street and any additional lines, however your country writes them.

About your catalogue

Roughly what is in your catalogue, and whether you hold the master rights. It helps us check the application.

How we handle your details

What we collect: only what is on this form.

Why: to check your application, and - if it is approved - to identify you as a rights holder and pay you.

Who sees it: the people at the Foundation who review applications. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or pass it to anyone else.

Bank details: not collected here and never stored by us. Payment details are handled by the payment provider directly.

Removing it: email privacy@qemf.org and we will delete your application.

⚠This is a plain statement of what happens to this form, not a full privacy policy. A complete policy is published before the Store opens.
